  1. If you’re in the rental-business long-term, then re-rent is your preferred strategy.
  2. Our Property Managers will prepare a rental CMA so that we can confirm the best price for your rental home.
  3. If your home is in move-in ready condition, we will take photos and begin advertising your home for rent as of the exiting-tenant’s move-out date.
  4. If your home is in need of repairs, we will prepare a bid for repairs that can be completed immediately upon move-out.
